Exportify - Multi-format export for views and sheets

Exportify centralizes deliverable preparation in Revit for teams that export sheets and views frequently. The tool lets users work across multiple formats from a single interface and keep output rules more consistent between projects.

Usage Procedure

1. Open Exportify from the Export panel on the Frata ribbon tab.
2. On the Selection tab, check the Sheets, Views, and/or view Sets you want to export (or toggle Active to include just the active view/sheet). Optionally set a Custom File Name per row.
3. On the Format tab, enable the formats you need (PDF, DWG, DXF, NWC, IFC) and adjust each format's own section — paper placement/zoom/appearance for PDF, export setup and CAD options for DWG/DXF, standard and 2020+ options for NWC, setup/general/property sets/advanced options for IFC.
4. On the Create tab, set the Output Folder mode (Single folder, Folder per format, or Same folder as Revit model), and press Configure Naming… to define the file name Template.
5. Optionally use Export… / Import… under Export Settings to save or reuse this whole configuration as a JSON file across projects.
6. Press Export and check the per-row Status column, then review the generated folder when it finishes.

Recommendations

• Use Folder per format when exporting multiple formats at once so files don't overwrite each other or mix in one directory.
• Save recurring configurations (formats + naming + folder mode) via Export Settings so a teammate can Import the same JSON and get an identical setup.
• Set DWG/DXF/IFC export setups in Revit itself first (they're referenced by name), rather than trying to recreate detailed CAD/IFC options only inside Exportify.

Can I export the same sheets to more than one format at once? Yes — enable multiple formats on the Format tab and they're all produced in the same Export run, each following its own settings.

How do I control the exported file names? Press Configure Naming… on the Create tab to define a shared template, or override individual rows with Custom File Name on the Selection tab.

Where do the DWG/DXF export setups and IFC setups come from? From Revit's own export setup lists (File → Export → Options → Export Setups). Exportify uses whichever setup you select by name; it doesn't replace Revit's setup manager.
